What This SMS Terms Covers
Soleil Tans operates an SMS marketing program for customers who opt in. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to these terms.
Program description: Promotional and informational messages from Soleil Tans, including sales, special offers, new services, membership updates, and customer care.
Message frequency: Recurring messages, up to approximately 4–8 per month. Frequency may vary.
Opt-in: You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our website forms, in-salon sign-up, or by texting a keyword. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-out (STOP): Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
Help (HELP): Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at cs@soleiltans.com, or 1-888-SOLEIL1.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major U.S. carriers.
Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the SMS program (e.g., our SMS provider) is permitted. See our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility: You must be 18+ and the account holder of the mobile number, or have authorization to enroll the number.
Changes: We may update these terms; continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.
