Automatic billing is processed on the 1st of each month at 12:00 AM. To ensure uninterrupted service, please keep your payment information up to date and your card unlocked.
The automatic billing date is fixed on the 1st of the month and cannot be changed.
To cancel your membership, please visit our Manage Membership page. Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th to avoid billing the following month and are only accepted through the Manage Membership portal not verbally, in person, or by any other method.
Have you considered freezing your membership? You may freeze as often as you’d like, and your freeze remains indefinite. A $5 monthly reminder fee is billed and deposited into your in-store account as Soleil Bucks for future product purchases.
