How to Freeze or Cancel Your Membership?
Step 1:
Click the Chat icon located in the bottom-right corner of this page.
Step 2:
Enter your first name, last name, and phone number, then select Verify Account. You’ll receive a text message with a password to securely access your membership.
Step 3:
Once verified, follow the guided options to freeze or cancel your membership based on your eligibility.
To submit a cancellation request, your account must be active (not frozen) and in good standing with no past-due balance. Cancellation requests must be submitted by the member; not using services—regardless of circumstance—does not qualify for a cancellation or a refund. For your security, only the primary membership holder may make changes to the membership.
